Part-Time Sales Caller (Warm Leads) – $18–$30/hr Potential | Flexible ScheduleGreat fit for college students, athletes, or anyone with a competitive background.We are a high-performing State Farm agency looking for motivated, high-energy callers to helpreconnect with past prospects and set up insurance requotes.This is NOT a typical call center job. You’ll be calling warm leads (people who previously requestedquotes) and helping them see if we can save them money today.What You’ll Do- Call warm leads (not cold random dialing)- Ask simple questions and get permission to provide updated insurance quotes- Set up qualified opportunities for licensed agents- Track basic call outcomes in our systemWhy This Job is Different- No cold calling from scratch – these people already showed interest- Short, focused shifts (4–5 hours max)- Performance-based bonuses (your effort directly increases your pay)- Fast-paced, competitive environmentPay Structure- $12–14/hour base pay- $5 for every qualified quote you generate- $10 for every policy we close from your calls- Monthly performance bonuses- $100 bonus at 15 sales- $250 bonus at 25 sales- $500 bonus at 35+ salesMost reps earn $18–$30/hour effective paySchedule- Part-time 15–25 hours per week- Shifts are typically 4–5 hours- Flexible scheduling (morning and evening shifts available)What We’re Looking For- Comfortable talking to people on the phone- Positive, high-energy attitude- Competitive and goal-oriented- Able to handle rejection and keep going- Reliable and consistentNo prior insurance experience required.
